RRB NTPC 2020 Exam Date, Admit Card, venue, center, and other details


The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will release the RRB NTPC admit cards for over 1.26 crore candidates soon. Currently, the exam is being held for RRB ministerial and isolated category posts. RRB NTPC 2019 exam is scheduled to start on December 28 and can be held till March 2021. The RBR Group D exam will begin after the NTPC exam is over.

RRB NTPC exam are going to be held for filling over 35,000 vacancies within the non-technical popular category (NTPC) posts within the Indian Railways. The recruitment was notified in 2019.

The NTPC recruitment includes positions like Clerk, Time Keeper, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Typist, Commercial Apprentice, and Station Master.

According to the standard RRB process, the small print of the exams including exam venue, date and time are going to be released 10 days before the exam along side train passes for SC and ST candidates.

Regarding the RRB NTPC admit card, railway authorities have said that links for downloading e-call letters are going to be made live four days before the exam date on the official websites of all RRBs. Communication regarding subsequent phases of recruitment is going to be released in due course, the statement said.

However, railways usually intimate candidates about the exam city and date 10 days before the commencement of the exam.

In September, the Railway Minister Piyush Goyal had said that the exam is going to be conducted from December 15. However, the exam was further delayed.

On the exam day, candidates need to carry a COVID-19 self-declaration and produce at the entry. Without the declaration, railway authorities have said, candidates won’t be allowed to take a seat within the exam.

Candidates are going to be checked for their blood heat at the exam center. Candidates having blood heat quite the prescribed limit won’t be allowed to take a seat within the exam. However, for these candidates, the exam is going to be persisted on a special day.
